Order 4 (Delta Comfort+)– The Delta Comfort+ passengers can board in this order on Delta Airlines.

Order 5 (SkyPriority)– It is a premium boarding facility for Platinum and Gold Medallion members. You can also board under this order if you’re Flying Blue Platinum and Gold Member, LATAM Pass Black Signature, Black and Platinum Elite Member, Virgin Atlantic Flying Club Gold Member, WestJet Rewards Platinum and Gold Elite Member, and SkyTeam Elite Plus Member.

Order 6 (Main Cabin 1)– You can board under this order if you’re a Silver Medallion member. This boarding order is also applicable for Flying Blue Silver members, Delta Corporate travellers, SkyTeam Elite members, WestJet Rewards Silver Elite members, Delta SkyMiles Gold, Virgin Atlantic Flying Club Silver members, Platinum and Reserve American Express card members, LATAM Pass Gold+ Elite members, and SkyMiles Select members.

Order 7 (Main Cabin 2)– This boarding facility is only applicable for Main Cabin passengers.

Order 8 (Main Cabin 3)– In this boarding order, Main Cabin passengers who have booked under T, V, and X fare classes can board.

Order 9 (Basic Economy)– The final boarding is for the Basic Economy passengers as it is the cheapest class of travel in Delta Airlines.

New Boarding Process by Delta Airlines

In the new boarding process, Delta Airlines has divided the different boarding segments into zones for the ease of understanding of the passengers. The new zones in Delta Boarding Process are as follows:

Pre-Boarding– In this zone, the airline allows the US Military members with identity cards, physically challenged people, and Delta 360 Members.

Zone 1– This zone of boarding is for the Delta One and First Class passengers.

Zone 2- Diamond Medallion Members and Delta Premium Select passengers can board under this zone. It is also applicable for passengers who’re travelling with car seats and strollers.

Zone 3– The Delta Comfort+ passengers can board under this zone.

Zone 6 & 7- These zones are for Main Cabin Passengers on Delta Airlines.

Zone 8- The last and final zone of boarding is reserved for the Basic Economy Passengers.
